Rostislav Lukach – Past President of the Rotary Club of Kyiv Stolytsia (2018/19), Trainer in the Ukrainian Union of Rotary Clubs (since 2018), Economic expert, Business consultant in organizational development, strategic communications, investment attraction and innovation. Born and received a university education (economist) at the Odessa National Economic University. Then he studied extensively in the fields of investment and entrepreneurship development, interned in the specialty in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, the USA, Austria, Japan, etc. He has 40+ years of experience in successful entrepreneurship and management in business, the public sector and government agencies.
Strong academic training combined with extensive knowledge in practical business made him a sought-after business consultant.
As an experienced trainer, Rostislav has worked with many leaders and Rotary clubs in our District. Thanks to his entrepreneurial nature and deep understanding of various business processes and industries, he is able to offer effective individual solutions for the unique needs of each client. Thanks to his natural kindness, Rostyslav lovingly transfers this experience and knowledge and skills to new leaders, and thus adheres to the principle of “Service above self”.
One of Rostyslav’s strongest points is his ability to communicate fluently in English. Well-developed communication skills allow him to communicate effectively with international partners and donors. At the Rotary Club “Kyiv-Stolytsia” Rostyslav Lukach is currently the Executive Director and is responsible for attracting international aid to Ukraine.
